Aramaic M North Old Testament

Clergy members are eager for the completion of the Old Testament in their language. They’ve already welcomed the New Testament, which was translated in 2008, into their religious life. Christians in 13 different churches now look forward to seeing their culture reclaimed for Christ. The “JESUS” film opened the door for evangelism and discipleship. Though some of these people are devotees of another major religion, both Christians and non-believers are hungry to know more about the Jesus in the film. Christians suffer persecution, both from governments in this area and from individuals who are hostile to their faith. The translators hope that the Old Testament will open doors of communication between Christians and their contemptuous neighbors. They also want to see the church grow deeper in understanding and in evangelistic fervor.
