Roy Peterson, President
Roy Peterson has been with The Seed Company since 2003 and various Wycliffe affiliates since 1986. He held leadership positions in Ecuador and Guatemala as the government relations director and then field director for SIL Central America based in Guatemala. He began his board appointed role as President/CEO of Wycliffe USA in 1997 where he served until coming to The Seed Company.
Prior to joining Wycliffe, Roy held management positions with U.S. Shoe Corporation, Florsheim Corporation, and American Greetings Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Roger Williams College and a Master’s Degree in Social Science/Leadership Studies from Azusa Pacific University.He recently completed the Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders at Stanford.
