Vice President, People and Organizational Development

Location: Arlington, TX
Purpose: The Vice President, People and Organizational Development will provide leadership through organizational assessment and design, strategic planning, resource allocation and development. This position focuses on the formation of partnerships with The Seed Company team members to drive value-added strategic change that impacts culture, organization, people and systems. Responsibilities include the provision of global organizational development leadership to drive effective achievement of goals; facilitation of change at all organizational levels using proven assessments, methodologies and practices; coordination of The Seed Company’s strategic planning process; identification of trends with company-wide implications in order to influence appropriate response at a corporate level. This individual will give strategic leadership, primarily through the People and Organizational Development team members, to the following areas: recruitment and staffing; compensation and benefits, compliance, staff relations and staff care, training and development, performance management, safety and security. Qualifications include alignment with The Seed Company’s statement of faith, mission, vision and values; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred; five years related experience with high-levels of achievement; proven ability to consult with and influence executive management on organizational development needs and solutions; and demonstrated experience in organizational development including Human Resources strategies. The successful candidate will be an intrinsically motivated, hands-on, results oriented team player with effective relationship building skills.

Field Technologies Manager

Location: Arlington, TX
Purpose: This Field Technologies Manager will have a servant’s heart with a demonstrated ability and experience deploying and supporting technology in cross-cultural and cross-functional settings. The technical manager cultivates broad understanding of the various tasks and tools used to accomplish translation projects, supervises efforts to deploy and support solutions while managing budgets and maintaining fiscal accountability for projects. This independent team player must identify and coordinate with current and potential partners or organizations in order to establish working relationships which will facilitate deployment and support of culturally and technically appropriate technologies. The Manager will have a “can-do” attitude and be available to travel internationally up to 12 weeks annually.

PHP Web Developer

Location: Arlington, TX
Purpose: The PHP Web Developer will have a servant’s heart to build and maintain user interface software applications and backend databases using various programming and scripting languages. They will be abreast of emerging web standards and gather feedback from design and technical staff on website development needs and assist with project planning by creating prototypes and functional specifications for software projects.The developer must have experience in coding PHP, Javascript, jQuery, HTML 4/5, CSS, XML, MySQL and possess an understanding and experience with CRUD operations in relational databases. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year experience doing complex development and maintenance with Drupal (version 6 and higher), PHP, MySQL and full system administration experience in LAMP environments with a proven track record in cross-platform, cross-browser development.

Business Support Analyst

Location: Arlington, Texas
Position Purpose: We are seeking a bilingual (French) Business Support Analyst who provides reporting, budgetary, analytical, and project cash flow management assistance to Field Operations staff, Area Directors, remote Field Coordinators, and other Business Support Team (BST) members; analyzes regular project financial reports to confirm consistency with approved budgets, including tracking and correction of irregularities; assists with entry of approved budgetary and report information into the database and documentation of current procedures; produce standard reports as needed from non-standard reports received from partner organizations, and/or facilitate the production of standard reports and cooperate with the accounting office and information technology staff in both the application of and improvement of established guidelines for expense reporting. Alignment with The Seed Company vision, mission and values is essential. Each candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration and demonstrate aptitude in fund accounting, finance, problem solving and reports comprehension.

VP of Marketing

Location: Arlington, TX
Purpose: We are seeking an innovative marketing executive to lead the strategy, development, integration and execution of all marketing channels. This leader should be solutions-oriented with a proven track record in securing and retaining broad market appeal that produces profitable growth and retention to our partner base. The ideal candidate will have a broad marketing background, the ability to think critically and experience with establishing digital marketing strategies. The candidate will have 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing using major social media networks, a bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.

Staff Accountant

Location: Arlington, TX
Purpose: This full-time role will oversee and participate in the accurate and timely processing of payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will provide assistance with the development and implementation of an automated accounting system while supporting the Controller with other accounting duties as directed. The position requires a degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience. We are looking for a candidate with atleast three years experience, highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data, and a strong working knowledge of Excel and other accounting software.

Partner Relations Assistant

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Postion Purpose: The Partner Relations Assistant provides administrative support for the Regional Director of Development in order to engage effectively with partners who provide financial and prayer support to Seed Company sponsored translation projects. Position requires a self-starter with effective verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail and ability to plan and manage assigned work.

Field Coordinator

Location: Arlington, Texas
Position Purpose: Field Coordinators work to ensure the effectiveness of Scripture translation projects within a specific region by creating and maintaining partnerships; determining creative approaches to new project engagement; ensuring quality project designs and proposals; teaching, coaching, and modeling performance management practices; discerning where God is at work and adapting to the contemporary missional landscape.

Communications Writer and Editor

Location: Arlington, Texas
Position Purpose: These positions will write/edit project updates (quarterly) and profiles (create or update as needed) for a designated set of projects using field reports sent from the translation teams and other secondary research sources. Review, condense, correct, arrange or rearrange the written material of others and/or perform editorial work in connection with all phases of the preparation and issuance of literature, reports, promotional material and articles with the objective of preparing it for final presentation.

IT – Field Technologies

Location: Arlington, Texas
Position Purpose: The purpose of the position is to accelerate Bible translation through appropriate use of technology tools in diverse translation project contexts. Through development of the internal capacity for support of translation workshops, procurement and deployment of tools (like laptops and software), management of translation project data. As well as cultivate strategies involving use of technology to improve pace and quality translation.
